TUGUEGARAO CITY: A stranded juvenile dolphin (Pantropical spotted dolphin) was rescued along the shoreline by a fisherman while he was on his way to fish off Buguey dawn on September 20, a Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources report released on Friday said.
Randy Lunato, 45, a local fisherman, spotted the dolphin along the shoreline of Buguey, Cagayan while on his way to go fishing.
