AN official of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) said that the Church will continue to be vigilant against corruption and other ills in government.

During the inaugural gathering in Manila of more than 40 diocesan public affairs ministers, Bishop Reynaldo Evangelista stressed the importance of collaboration for the nation's growth. But he also clarified that the Church must adhere to its Christian values of "truth, peace and love."
