BANGUED, Abra: A 38-year-old teacher died after he was twice shot by two still unidentified motorcycle-riding men while he was on his way to work at Barangay Liptan here on Wednesday morning, police said on Thursday.
BGen. Mafelino Bazar, Police Regional Office director in the Cordillera Administrative Region, identified the victim as Rudy Steward Dugman Sayem, single and a teacher at the Suyo National High School in Pidigan, Abra, and residing at Zone 4, Bangued.
