THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Sunday said the number of individuals affected by the Typhoon "Karding" has breached the 1 million mark.
In its latest situation report, the NDRRMC said 1,072,282 individuals or 299,127 families in 1,915 villages were affected by Karding in Ilocos, Cagayan, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol and Cordillera.
