CAVITE CITY: The local government led by Mayor Denver Chua signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Corregidor Foundation on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, for the redevelopment of the historic island.
The MoA will launch the redevelopment of the historical islet 37 kilometers or 19.9784 (nautical miles) away from the city proper in Samonte Park, Cavite City.
