THE manufacturing sector in the Philippines continued to grow in September and did so at a higher rate, with a manufacturing purchasing managers index (PMI) score of 52.9, the latest poll from S&P Global showed on Monday.
S&P Global's survey of around 400 manufacturers in the country mentioned that the PMI, or the gauge of manufacturing output, grew from 51.2 in August.
