FIVE members of a kidnapping group who allegedly belong to the LGBTQ community were arrested in a string of police operations following the rescue of a 58-year-old Taiwanese businessman on Saturday in Paranaque, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group said on Tuesday.
CIDG Director PBGen Ronald Lee identified the suspects as Jun Francis Pavillar Villa, Lawrenza Descartin Lingo, Johnas Grimupla Belonio, Bernard Ty Torres and Mark Joseph Dagame Pelonio.
