Acts of unjust vexation

Dear PAO,

I am renting an apartment with three other co-lessees, with whom I also share its internet connection. I work for a call center with a night shift work schedule on a work-from-home scheme. When my co-lessees are asleep, I work and when I am asleep, they make use of the internet. Paolo who is a co-lessee purposely streams and downloads movies during my work hours which slow down the internet speed affecting my communication with foreign clients. He has been repeatedly doing this irritating activity despite my pleas. It is really bothersome and distressing. Is there anything under the law that I can do?
