CCL has forged a partnership with the country's leading maritime institution, the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA), to offer cadets of the state-run school assured cadetship berths on board any of its 23 luxury ships, on one hand, and secured jobs for the students upon their graduation, on the other.
