(UPDATE) INTERNATIONAL pop star Justin Bieber's return to Manila for a concert scheduled on October 29 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines open grounds has officially been postponed.
The announcement was confirmed by concert promoter AEG Presents on Friday indicating that the "Justice World Tour" ended in Rock in Rio, Brazil, with the remaining dates of his concert tour to resume in 2023.
