THE Department of Education (DepEd)'s decision to resume face to face classes is considered to be its "biggest achievement" in the first 100 days of the Marcos administration, according to its spokesman.

Nearly 90 percent of schools across the country resumed in-person classes in August after more than two years of holding blended learning modalities.
