OFFICIALS and employees directly under the Office of the President whose appointments were coterminous with the past administration were granted extended terms until the end of the year, Malacañang said on Monday.
Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin issued Memorandum Order 7 to ensure services to the people will not be hindered.
