THE Philippine peso ended lower against the United States dollar at P58.965 on Wednesday from Tuesday's close of P58.865.
Data from the Bankers Association of the Philippines (BAP) showed that the peso opened at P58.95. The local currency also traded to a high of P59.999 and a low of P58.888.
