CHARGES of violating Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as "The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022" were filed against the eldest son of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin 'Boying' Remulla, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency said on Friday.
According to PDEA, the case was filed against Juanito Jose Remulla 3rd, 38, on Thursday, before the Office of the City Prosecutor-Las Piñas City.
