AT least three US-based information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) companies have begun expanding their operations in the Philippines, Malacañang said on Thursday.

President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., in a meeting with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), was told that IT-BPM companies Concentrix, Sutherland and Alorica were embarking on a "hiring spree," the Palace said in a statement.
