(UPDATE) THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported that over 300 families left their homes in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) and took shelter in various evacuation centers due to Typhoon "Neneng" on Sunday.
In its situation report, the NDRRMC said 337 families or 960 individuals were preemptively evacuated in the municipalities of Lal-lo, Camalaniugan, Baggao, Santa Praxedes, Buguey, Lasam, Ballesteros and Calayan in Cagayan province.
