A foreigner, identified as a Norwegian, has been arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) for allegedly attempting to smuggle into the country eight kilos of shabu with an estimated value of P56 million, the Bureau of Customs said in a statement on Friday.
NAIA Customs Deputy Collector Lourdes Mangaoang said Rose Alex Moi arrived at the NAIA at 11:00 p.m. Thursday on board United Emirates Airlines flight EK 334 from Dubai.
