BAGUIO CITY: Boy and girl scouts of the Summer Capital will take over the reins of the city government today, November 7, as part of the Scout Officials For A Day (Sofad) program, after a two-year hiatus because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
City Resolution 145-87 states that since the inception of the Sofad program in 1958, it "has offered distinct opportunities to the young, primarily toward citizenship training and character development."
