IMMEDIATELY after Severe Tropical Storm "Paeng" (international name: "Nalgae") lashed many parts of the country, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) reached out to several local government units (LGUs) that were gravely affected by heavy rains and floods.
