A NEWLY organized farmers association and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Kabacan town, North Cotabato signed a marketing agreement on Wednesday for the San Isidro Sustainable Program Association (Sispa) to supply vegetables to the prison facility.
The agreement was inked by Sispa president Dino Bulambao and jail inspector Edneil Capundan of the BJMP-Kabacan at the Senior Citizen Hall building in Kabacan.
