FILIPINO pug Carlo Paalam bagged a gold medal in the men's bantamweight division of the ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships on Saturday in Amman, Jordan.
Paalam scored a majority decision over Kazakh Makhmud Sabyrkhan in the finals, 4-1, to bring home the crown.
