Leyte Fourth District Rep. Richard Frank Gomez revealed on his Facebook page on Friday that he defeated Frenchman Philippe Delbos in a sudden-death round to take second place in the 4th FITASC (Fédération Internationale de Tir aux Armes Sportives de Chasse) Asian Sporting Championships (senior category) in Photaram, Thailand, on November 16 and 17.
Gomez said that 97 competitors from 22 countries participated in the shooting competition.
