A TEENAGE math wizard from San Juan City believes that the installation of more conducive learning facilities in public schools can better catapult excellent students in performing well in school, along with representing the country in international tournaments.

"If we really have support [from the government], maybe more people will win and our country will be recognized," said Christian Derek Padua in an exclusive interview with The Manila Times.
