THE National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) announced on Wednesday that its emergency room has reached full capacity, urging patients seeking emergency care to go to other hospitals.
"Our Emergency Room has already accommodated three times its normal capacity and there were also no more vacant rooms in our wards," the hospital posted on Facebook in Filipino.
