Giacomo Puccini's opera "Turandot" will be staged at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) on December 9 at 8 p.m. and December 11 at 3 p.m. It is presented by the CCP, Filipinas Opera Society Foundation, Inc and Rustan Group of Companies, with Embassy of Italy as major sponsor.
We recently interviewed two of its performers, Alessandro Liberatore (tenor) who performs as Prince Calaf, the Unknown Prince, and Lilla Lee (soprano) as Princess Turandot.
