THE European Union (EU) is providing €200,000 or over P11 million in humanitarian funding to help families affected by Typhoon "Paeng" which struck the Philippines in late October.
The fund will support the Philippine Red Cross in delivering medical and first aid services, mosquito nets, clean water supplies and hygiene items.
