THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said on Wednesday that its Targeted Cash Transfer (TCT) program has received a fresh P5.2-billion funding from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
The P5.2 billion came from the P9.1 billion allotted requirement to fund the one-month TCT to 9.8 million beneficiaries.
