From a supernatural high school to soccer stadiums and the galaxy

It's like spinning plates trying to figure out what to watch this time of year. Last week I wrote about all these Halloween-y products as we inch closer to Christmas, including the recently released "Wednesday." While most people have been enjoying it, some fans of the Addams Family aren't thrilled with the "Harry Potter" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayers" approach. If you did love the sweet and quirky goth strangeness of the Addams living in a world full of "normies," you won't get that here because oddness is everywhere.

Wednesday is now enrolled in Nevermore Academy, which houses four groups: the Fangs (vampires), Furs (werewolves), Scales (sirens) and Stoners (gorgons). Not only does she have to navigate being a teenager and her distaste for the school, but she also ends up having to solve a series of murders involving students and townsfolk.
