THE Las Pinas Regional Trial Court (RTC) granted on Friday a motion to withdraw the cyber libel case against talent manager Annabelle Rama-Gutierrez.
"Wherefore, premises on the foregoing, the Motion to Withdraw Information is granted. The above cited Informations are now withdrawn from the docket of this Court. The manifestation filed by the accused on Dec. 1, 2022 is noted. The hearings of these cases on Dec. 5, 2022 is canceled," Las Pinas RTC Branch 253 Judge Antonio Ray Ortiguera said in his order.
