Undersecretary Mark Roa Gimenez of the Presidential Management Staff–Visayas, speaking as guest of honor at the 3rd Media Awards of the Eastern Visayas Media Without Borders (EVMWB) held on Dec. 3, 2022, said the local media is a partner of the government in nation-building.
