The House of Representatives has given its final nod to House Bill 6452 that seeks to create the Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines.

The bill hurdled third and final reading on Monday, with over 210 lawmakers voting in the affirmative and zero in the negative. There was no abstention.
