(UPDATE) NATIONAL Security Adviser Secretary Clarita Carlos spouted a mouthful against critics of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-Elcac), telling them to simply "do their research or shut up."
Carlos made the statement after the anti-insurgency task force got back its original P10-billion budget for 2023.
