A BILL that seeks to grant 13th month pay to contractual and job order personnel in the government has been filed at the House of Representatives.
"For the benefit of job order and contractual personnel working in the government amid the rising prices, approval of this measure is immediately sought," Las Piñas City Rep. Camille Villar said in filing House Bill 6541.
