BAGUIO CITY: Mayor Benjamin Magalong has signed a city council resolution urging the Summer Capital's barangay (villages) to provide funds for the recovery of at least two drug users/dependents for outpatient treatment and rehabilitation for three months.
The approved measure was based on a similar proposal of Senior Citizens For A Day councilor Zoraida Clavio that was adopted during a council session on October 17 this year.
