FOUR lighthouses were commissioned by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Batanes on Friday, December 9.
It was followed by the ceremonial lighting of four navigational lanterns installed by the PCG in critical lighthouses in Sabtang, Mahatao, Valanga and Ivana.
