THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) is considering opening more sites for its Register Anywhere Project or RAP following a huge turnout of applicants on the first day of its pilot testing over the weekend.

Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia on Sunday described the first day of implementation as "very successful."
