PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. said they will assist personnel from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and Land Transportation Office (LTO) in monitoring drunk drivers as Christmas approaches and parties happen.
Azurin urged party goers not to drive if they drink to avoid accidents.
