This was the question for architects in the first balangkasan of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) this fiscal year 2022-2023. It was a hybrid event held at Mozzaico Showroom, Libis, Quezon City, and streamed online through the Zoom platform. Baseline voting had 61 percent of the audience answering "yes" to the question. But the final votes after the debate was not as expected... or was it?
