RIDES in the Pasig River Ferry Service remain free for commuters who wish to utilize it for 2023, according to an official of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
MMDA Deputy Chairman Frisco San Juan Jr. said the metro traffic bureau was provided a budget to continue the free ferry service.
