(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has appointed Richard Bachmann as chairman of the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Malacañang confirmed Wednesday.
Bachmann, who served as commissioner of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) and general manager of the defunct Alaska Aces in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), will replace Noli Eala after only four months on the job.
