THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) reassured the public on Wednesday that the agency is ready to support provinces affected by the heavy rain and floods caused by the shear line and northeast monsoon.
According to a report from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, low-lying areas like Cagayan Valley and Tacloban in Leyte may experience flooding and rough sea conditions.
