VIVANT Corp. on Thursday announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Vivant Energy Corp. has signed a deal to acquire San Ildefonso Alternative Energy Corp. (SIAEC), a project company that will own and operate a solar power plant facility in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
In a disclosure to the stock exchange, Vivant said its energy unit signed a share sale and purchase agreement with Cleantech Global Renewables Inc. (Cleantech) to acquire 1,250,004 common shares of the latter in SIAEC with a total value of $5 million.
