THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) voiced on Thursday its readiness to ensure the safety of devotees who will flock to Quiapo in Manila for the celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene this year.
The PCG District National Capital Region-Central Luzon (NCR-CL) will be on heightened alert from January 7 to 9 to conduct maritime safety and security operations in Manila Bay and the Pasig River.
