(UPDATED) THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has dispatched volunteers, ambulance teams and emergency response units to boost government efforts to maintain peace and order during the celebration of the Feast of Black Nazarene which culminates today, January 9.
PRC Chairman and CEO Richard Gordon said they have dispatched more than 300 volunteers in strategic areas in Manila's Quiapo district to provide medical assistance to devotees during the traditional religious event.
