NEW CLARK CITY, Tarlac: The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the Department of Science and Technology (DoST) have committed to help fulfill the completion of the Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines (VIP) project here.
In a recent meeting, these government agencies noted the urgent need for the creation and operation of a national virology center, citing the need to work together for the smooth and immediate completion of the five-hectare VIP in this rising metropolis.
