THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) will come up with "parameters" that will guide the Philippines in any future oil and gas ventures following the Supreme Court ruling voiding a joint marine seismic agreement, DFA spokesman Ma. Teresita Daza said.

She made the remark when asked to elaborate on the statement of Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo that talks with China on oil and gas development will resume.
