IN the first part of this article, I spoke of the apparent effort in the West to discredit China and Russia, and take them off the grid, as it were. China is obviously feared for its ability to succeed beyond that of other countries; Russia on the other hand seems to inspire not so much fear as hate. Such is the kind of world in which we live.
