DAVAO CITY: Maj. Gen. Nolasco Mempin, chief of the 10th Infantry Division (10ID), has ordered all brigade and battalion commanders under his area of responsibility to "finish the remaining threats at the soonest possible time."
Mempin's directive was given during the first 10ID command conference held at Balunto Hall in Camp General Manuel Yan Sr., Mawab, Davao de Oro on Monday, January 16.
