THE Cagayan State University (CSU) is all praises for the new international champion who prevails in the world of martial arts.
Jay-ar Irang, a third-year student from CSU-Carig Campus' College of Human Kinetics, bagged two medals during the International Jiu-Jitsu Games for the 150th Anniversary of Tarlac which was held at Bulwagang Kanlahi on January 14 and 15, 2023.
