A FIRST year Communication student from St. Dominic College of Asia won Best Director at the second 3 Shots Film (3SF) Festival organized by the Media Underground or MUD Studios.
Franc Louie Sancha, who also served as writer and casting director of the short film "Gitara," bested 19 other finalists who competed for the award which was opened to students 16 to 25 years old.
